SHIPPING
- Once credit card is verified item will ship. Please allow
at least one additional business day for process and approval.
If your shipping address is different from billing Service
Partner, Inc. requires that this address be listed on your
credit card account as an alternate for shipping purposes
only. We cannot ship to an address unless we have the address
where billing statement resides. This is to protect our
customers from credit card fraud. All orders are shipped
FOB destination once credit is approved. All orders are
shipped Monday through Friday only during regular business
hours (8:30 – 5:30 PM) EST.
Sunday delivery is not available. Overnight air shipping
is not available for Saturday or Sunday delivery
Delivery time is from point of order fulfillment, not order
placement.
RETURN
POLICY - Purchases can be returned for refund within
14 days from date of receipt. Refunds or credits do not
include original shipping and handling charges. All items
must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and
must be in the original unopened, undamaged, packaging.
No refunds or exchanges are allowed after14 days.
An open box fee of 20% of the purchase price will be charged
on any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged
for the exact same item. The 20% open box fee will be assessed
at the time of refund.
Shipping
fees will not be refunded if shipment is refused at time
of delivery.
All products labeled refurbished, new/demo, new/open box
cannot be returned unless defective. Refunds or credits
are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
Refunds do not include original shipping and handling charges.
PRICING
- Prices, specifications, and availability of products are
subject to change without notice. Due to the unstable nature
of the computer market descriptions may not reflect current
technical information. Any
typographical, photographic or specification error in the
product, pricing or offers is subject to correction.
WARRANTIES
- Service Partner, Inc. (PC-MONITOR.COM) does not warrant
other manufacturers' product sold online. The products are
backed by the original manufacturer. Consult your product
documentation for specific limited warranty information.
All new products are sold with manufacturer limited warranty.
The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and
product. All new/demo, new/open box product is sold with
the remaining original manufacturer warranty from date of
manufacture. The warranty period varies. Consult the manufacture
for specific model.
All refurbished product sold by Service Partner, Inc. has
a one year warranty unless otherwise stated. The warranty
includes repair or replacement with a like unit. .All returns
must be shipped prepaid. Service Partner, Inc. will refund
shipping charges for defective merchandise only.
